Easy Ice Cream – with no maker

I developed this recipe to be easy and not need an ice cream maker. It will be scoopable and not hard due to the high fat content and liquid sugar (honey).

4 cups heavy cream (I sub 1 cup of cream for 12 egg yolks but that’s optional)

1/4 cup Honey (or less if you like less sweet, but this is perfect for people who like regular ice cream)

1 tbsp vanilla

1. Blend all three ingredients and freeze.

Top with your favourite fruits or a simple chocolate sauce of just cocoa and maple syrup.

You can also use this as a base to make chocolate by adding cocoa. Or add nuts, fresh strawberries or other fruits.
